Built as an extension of the Davenport Grand Hotel and for shared use by patrons of the Spokane Convention Center. BMT worked with Divcon, inc to provide design, engineering and fabrication services for the two stair towers located at each corner of the garage and fabrication services for all of the embedded steel concrete connections.

BMT partnered with Divcon, Inc to provide fabrication services for the structural and architectural steel packages on main building, and design, engineering and fabrication services on the parking garage. The Matilda Building, located just off the Gonzaga University campus in Spokane, WA, is a tilt-up concrete structure with multiple levels of steel floor framing, stair towers, and architectural steel. This was a technical endeavor due to the stacked panel construction with three floors of integrated steel framing and penthouse with a roof top patio.

BMT partnered with Divcon, Inc and Vandervert Construction to provide fabrication services on this 240,000 sf retail and parking space located on the Gonzaga University campus. BMT provided the interface between the concrete and steel components of this structure as well as stair towers, architectural screens and canopies.

BMT partnered with Walker Construction, Inc on the remodel of Spokane's Downtown Library by providing the structural and architectural steel packages. This 117,000 sf renovation of the old library was as challenging as it was rewarding and offered BMT another opportunity to have a positive impact on our community.

BMT partnered with Walker Construction, Inc to re-energize this area downtown Spokane, WA building and provide the structural steel package for the Urban Outfitters retail store and the connection of the new building to two of Spokane's iconic existing Skybridges.

BMT partnered with Walker Construction, Inc on this 30,000 sf residence hall for Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA. With steel and wood framed construction coupled with a sizable architectural steel package containing cable railings, canopies and a beautiful 60'x16' trellis system. BMT was involved early in the development phase providing budgets and design guidance to ensure the design team was able to achieve the desired aesthetically pleasing components while maintaining their budget.

BMT partnered with Walker Construction, Inc on this magnificent 2-phase Rockwood Retirement Community located in the Whitworth University area of Spokane, WA. Involved from the early development stages of the project, we assisted by lending our expertise to the construction team to identify and remedy areas of potential conflict. The size and scope of this project was immense and wonderfully varied, totaling over 600,000 sf of living space with close to 250 units, a 108 stall subterranean parking structure and miles of balcony railings our involvement in this project through both phases spanned over two years.

BMT partnered with Walker Construction, Inc on this 150,000 sf industrial facility in Airway Heights, WA. A tilt-up concrete building with steel framing and a steel framed office mezzanine space combined heavy structural members with custom fabrications.

BMT partnered with Yost Gallagher Construction on this stunning dental office located in Spokane Valley, WA. A combination of wood and steel construction with custom fabrication complementing the structural steel package.

BMT partnered with Yost Gallagher on this 100,000 sf distribution warehouse on the West Plains in Spokane, WA. Originally a standard concrete tilt-up construction with open web joist roof design, BMT aided in the re-design process to change to a wide flange beam roof structure due to prohibitive costs and lead times. With over 986,000 lbs of structural framing in the roof structure alone this was the largest steel package to be fabricated at BMT. 

BMT partnered with Dick Anderson Construction to provide fabrication services for this 70,000 sf luxury apartment building in Bozeman, MT. The construction consisted of a combination of post-tension concrete, steel, and wood with BMT providing structural steel, stair towers and the architectural steel package.

BMT partnered with Vandervert Construction to provide structural and architectural steel for this flagship store in Post Falls, ID. This Cabela's store was a technical project involving a combination of heavy structural steel and bespoke fabrications.

BMT partnered with Divcon, Inc to provide fabrication services on this two story office, operations, and storage facility constructed with tilt-up concrete and steel framing, located in Post Falls, ID. BMT provided the interface between the concrete and steel components of this structure as well as floor framing, stair towers, and architectural steel. A mix of form and function, this building features high end finishes with custom fabrication in the office area and heavy structural members in the operations and storage areas.

BMT partnered with Divcon, Inc to provide fabrication services on this 60,000 sf manufacturing space with a steel framed mezzanine in Post Falls, ID. BMT provided the interface between the concrete and steel components of this structure as well as mezzanine framing, stair towers, architectural steel. This building features some technical custom fabrication on the main stair system that was designed by BMT.

BMT partnered with Divcon, Inc to provide fabrication services for the structural and architectural steel packages on this 45,000 sf tilt-up structure located in Spokane Valley, WA. BMT provided the embedded steel concrete connections and the interface between the concrete and steel components of this structure as well as the stair towers, and architectural steel. With custom cable railing on the exterior and heavy floor framing this building is a mix of fabrication methods.

The Iron Bridge Office Campus is a six-building office park and parking garage. BMT partnered with Divcon, Inc to provide fabrication services for the structural and architectural steel packages on all of the campus buildings. The buildings are two and three story tilt-up concrete structures with steel framing throughout.
